I have always been a highly active and fitness oriented individual. I enjoy the rush of downhill mountain biking, surfing and snowboarding and thoroughly enjoy other sports such as running, hiking and weight training in my daily life. After attending Mount Royal College’s Personal training program in 2001, I realized that helping people achieve their goals was very important to me and I wanted to be an integral part of other people’s success. I quickly came to realize through my own struggles and those of my clients that nutrition was an even greater factor when it came to achieving lasting goals and overall wellness. It was this awakening that led me to pursue a diploma in Nutrition and this has broadened my horizons exponentially. I am proud to offer exercise and weight loss nutrition as well as therapeutic nutritional protocols designed to address everything from diabetes to depression. The body does not heal selectively and optimal nutrition is imperative for any lasting success.
