"When I was a lot younger, in my late 20's and early 30's, I was in great shape. As the years crept up on me, my weight crept up and up and I allowed myself to get into a place where I was so out of shape that I couldn't run across the street without gasping for air. About 1 1/2 years ago I peaked at 228 pounds and felt the worst I have ever felt in my life. I met with Trevor, and told him of my goal to run the Tough Mudder challenge with my kids at 60 years of age this was going to be a difficult task.
Over the next 6 months, I lost a total of 60 pounds and blew away all the weight and fitness goals I had set. I also ran the entire Tough Mudder, not missing any of the obstacles in the race! I could not possibly have done this without the expert training and nutritional guidance of Trevor.
I continue to train and work out with Trevor twice a week and he continues to help me with a plan that is tailor fit to my own personal needs. I eagerly look forward to my 2 sessions a week and I always walk away feeling better, stronger and more motivated to always come back for more. My lifestyle and eating habits were far from good and I had perfected self-abusing humour when relating to others. The first month was hard, but soon enough things started to change. I began losing weight, feeling more positive about my life and this was the push I needed to realize that I had been making the wrong decisions with diet for years. Trevor helped me learn the difference between a yoyo diet and a healthy way of life.
