Exercise and training are two different things and are often mistaken in todays gyms, magazines and fads. Exercise is something you do to illicit an immediate response such as "the burn," the pump" or "the sweat" in contrast training is something you do today to illicit a specific response later with the workouts being the constituents of the process.
We are all unique in our make-up and thus we all require an individualized approach when it comes to our training protocols. A one size fits all methodology will work as well as putting the wrong parts on the right vehicle. When you train with us we take your goals into consideration and design and implement the proper plan to get YOU there as quickly and safely as possible. Today taking people of all fitness backgrounds and training them the same is increasingly popular, while this may be fun it may also be dangerous and not very goal specific.
